Sibella invites its visitors, for a fine development of communication and commercial relations to read carefully the terms and the conditions for the use of the site. Personal date and information security:
The personal dates the buyer uses on this site will be used by Sibella, only for the stated purpose of the site. The information from the ordering form is necessary for us to send you the order confirmation, to deliver the products ordered, to announce the present promotions etc., in no circumstances will be divulged to a third part. Sibella does not sell, does not offer, does not trade the e-mail addresses obtained through this site, and does not reveal your e-mail address to other persons, which are accessing the pages of this site, without your precise agreement.
Delivery terms:
The delivery terms of the products you buy from Sibella, usually is delimited between 2 days and 3 weeks, from the order registration moment on the host server of Sibella’s site. In special conditions, independent of its will, Sibella assumes its right to change the delivery time, informing you.
Supplementary taxes:
The final price paid by the client is formed from the product’s price and possible expedition and/or receiving expenses. For the orders up to 3 millions lei (old leu), 300 lei (hard lei) an expedition tax of 150 thousand lei, 15 lei (hard lei) is collected. For the orders over 3 millions Sibella will freely send you the products, which is without the expedition tax. In case your order is under this limit and you wish to benefit from the facility of receiving the products without the expedition tax, we recommend you to promote Sibella’s products and to associate with your friends to the same order, thus exceeding the respective limit.
Litigations:
Every litigation emerged between Sibella and its Clients will be solved in an amiable way. In the spirit of client orientation Sibella wishes to invite you to propose a solution for every problem, witch eventually may occur, related with the quality of the received products. In case the conflict will not be solved in an amiable way, the competence will go to local Romanian law authorities. Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client assumes the all risks that will eventually appear.
